It looks like the restrictions and precautions around COVID-19 will be with us for a little while yet. So we thought it’s important to let you know what we’ve been doing to provide the best service and experience we can in the current situation.

Your safety and peace of mind as a valued guest has always been of utmost importance to us. And now more than ever we’d like to reassure you that when you stay at one of our homes we’ll look after you and your family.

We’ll continue to update this page as things progress on the COVID-19 front. So you can be sure that we’ll always have your best interest at heart. Check back often to find out the latest updates. But in the meantime read on to see what we’re currently doing.

1. Self-check in

All our homes are equipped with self-check in so you don’t have to risk unnecessary exposure.

2. Entire space

When you book a home, you will have the whole home for your safe, private enjoyment. There are no common living spaces, hallways or lobbies to worry about.

3. Minimal in-person contact

We don’t enforce mandatory mid-stay cleans where we send in one of our cleaners.  Any maintenance required, unless time or safety sensitive in nature, can be organised outside of your stay or with as little face-to-face contact required with you as possible.

4. Fully self-contained and equipped

Our homes are fully self-contained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. This includes cookware and appliances, unlimited internet, utilities, entertainment for the kids including books and toys, a private laundry and starter supply of consumables.

Cleanliness is next to godliness

We’ve carefully selected professional cleaners who will thoroughly clean each home in-between each and every stay. We, as well as our cleaners are actively staying up to date with all the latest recommendations from the World Health Organisation and Government recommendations. And we regularly carry out quality control inspections to ensure our standards remain high.

Clean, fresh linen…everytime

All bed and bath linen is laundered in-between each and every stay. So you can be sure you’ll be sleeping in fresh, clean sheets when you arrive.

Needing to self-isolate?

We’re happy to help you out if you’re needing to self-isolate in one of our homes. Please let us know if you will be self-isolating so that we can host you as best we can and offer extra help where required. It will also allow us and any contractors to take extra precautions where needed.
