We started out by helping a family member manage their property. Even from day one we set out to link high quality guests with high quality accommodation. Backed up by world class service. With a combined 25+ years in the healthcare industry our experience and care of people have formed the basis that Celestia Homes is built on. Our core values of integrity, empathy, dedication to win-win outcomes and attention to detail are evident in everything we do.

Linda Lai

From a young age, Linda was helping her family fix up properties. She loves creating beautiful, low maintenance homes for people to enjoy.

Linda is a mum, traveller, landlord, investor and business owner/operator. Originally trained as an Oral Health Therapist from Adelaide University. She also holds a Cert IV in Business: Property Investing. It’s the combination of all these things that makes her unique and gives her the ability to bring something different to the table.

Linda has a growth mindset and undergoes regular professional and personal development. She loves a challenge. Whether it’s a complex business problem needing a practical, rapid response. Or a simple one like ensuring the family are well fed. Dependable is her middle name.

Keith Lai

Keith specialised in disability housing modifications and complex wheelchair prescriptions as an Occupational Therapist before making the move to accommodation services.

It’s this unique blend of experience, client-centred focus and being able to use ethical management strategies that produce a winning combination.

He’s known for his attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems with innovative ideas.

Keith continues to develop himself through world class mentors and professional development both here in Australia and internationally.

He’s a dad, ultra-marathon runner and master of planning and management.

  • Safe homes with keyless entry systems – the safety and security of our clients is paramount to us.
  • Fully furnished – everything from full laundries, kitchens, cutlery, coffee machines, starter supply of consumables, even entertainment is provided. Perfect for extended placements.
  • Fully serviced – all utilities provided including internet access. That means our homes are ready for your staff on short term notice. Wifi access allows staff to complete tasks remotely and send reports back to base.
  • Private spaces for individuals, teams or families – we have a range of homes to suit individual staff or teams who need to collaborate after hours and would like to stay under the same roof. We can even look after staff who are on longer term placements and wish to have their family with them.
  • Car parking – having a vehicle and a secure place to store it gives flexibility to staff for accessing work and the community.

Serving the community

During the COVID-19 crisis a local disability service provider needed a solution to the ever present problem of looking after their clients who lived in group home supported accommodation. If one of their residents or in-house carers became ill the other residents would be at risk. We were able to provide an immediate solution in being able to accommodate up to eight people with a larger home that would meet the specific needs of their clients and carers.
