Great location only about 15min drive into the city. There’s a shopping complex a super short walk around the corner. Plus so many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Love the instant, self-check in on arrival with access code. No need to wait around for anyone to let you in and no keys to worry about! Easy for people in your group to come and go as needed.

Free, unlimited NBN wifi included. Big smart TV with Netflix capability. Bring your Netflix log in and there’s unlimited entertainment for days when you don’t feel like going out. Workspace set up with desk, chair and lamp so you can get your work done remotely if needed.

There’s plenty of books and toys for the kids too. The home’s been stocked with child friendly amenities too. Including complimentary high chair, portacot and child friendly utensils to make feeding the kids easier. Blender for easy food prep. Full size fridge with freezer compartment for simple food storage. The renovated modern kitchen has been updated with oven, stovetop and appliances needed for a home cooked meal. A starter supply of basic consumables are provided for your convenience including tea & Nespresso coffee pods for the Nespresso coffee machine and basic cleaning supplies. More supplies are so easy to get with the shops just a short walk around the corner!

Comfortable modern upholstered beds will ensure you get a restful sleep. Commercially cleaned bed and bath linen provided (designs/colours will vary) for your comfort, convenience and health.

Want some fresh air?

There’s a large private undercover outdoor dining area out the back for your exclusive use. Easily accessed from the kitchen so you can cook inside and bring the food outside to eat on those balmy days.

There’s a fully fenced playground and oval area just a short 6min (approx.) walk down the nearby street called Unity Park for the kids too. There’s also public BBQ facilities there you can use.

Guest access notes

This home has keyless entry for your convenience. No need to worry about losing keys!

You will have the entire place to enjoy (apart from the locked cleaner’s cupboard in the laundry).

There’s an attached garage parking spot for 1 standard sized vehicle. Roller door is manually operated. No remote control available. Do not park on the driveway as it’s common access for other residence. Plenty of extra, free, untimed parking available on the street nearby.

If you have any special requirements please ask before booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs. The more information you can provide about your situation and your needs when booking, the better, so we can help match you to the right home.

The unit is located within a small unit complex. There’s a security camera recording image and sound 24/7 that monitors the entrance/driveway to the complex. The neighbours are in close proximity so please respect their peaceful enjoyment of the area as we would expect them to also do for you.

GARDENER:

About once a month a gardener attends to the complex garden beds to keep them looking good. You don’t need to be home or to do anything special for his visit.

BINS:

This is a residential home, please help out by taking the bins out to the kerbside on Tuesday nights ready for council collection on Wednesday mornings. Kindly bring the bins back in once they’ve been emptied. The bin collection schedule will be posted on the fridge for your reference and there’s a reminder posted on the door for your convenience. Thanks very much! Your help is greatly appreciated.
